I Am An Innovator

With the developments of the world at an amazing pace, the requirement for innovation is ever increasing. As can be seen from the results, innovations add values to the people and transform the standard that people lives in. To keep in pace with the developments, the Spirit of Innovation has to be develop together, so as to have new ideas generated and barriers continually broken. The end results will be the improvement of living, communication, co-operation and values both tangible and intangible.

"I am an Innovator" aims to promote the discovery of passion, habits of learning, development of character and values such confidence and compassion.

1. TEAMWORK / TEAMBUILDING

This session separated into 2 parts. 1. Teambuilding will create an environment for the participants to interact and have fun at the same time. Building on the newly formed relationship, the participants will learn to work as a team in Teamwork.

2. INNOVATION

This session introduce the meaning and importance of innovation. A simple and powerful set of methods and techniques are also introduced to enhance personal creativity over a short duration and break barrier blocks.

3. HANDLING "FAILURE"

Here participants can learn how successful people overcome the fear of failure and excel through a set of powerful principles that is easy to understand and use.

4. PLANNING

An essential skill that has been simplified yet still carries the same power to charts the route of actions to be taken.

5. PRESENTATION TECHNIQUES

Presenting of idea is as important as the value of the idea itself. The level of success relates from how people adopts the idea is usually through the influence of presentation.

6. FIELDTRIP

An opportunity designed specially for the participants to be exposed, engage and learn through experiences outside the classroom environment.

7. PROJECTS

The participants will go through the process of problem identification and selection, market research and derivation of solution. That will be followed by the process of design followed by the production and improvement of the project. At the end of the project, the groups will give a presentation of the project. Throughout the process, the facilitators will actively interact with the participants to look beyond their scope of influence.

8. TEAMS/GROUPS

The participants will have many chances to interact and be exposed to a variety of views and ideas through the deliberate grouping of the members to 3 separate teams. At each team, different process of learning is incorporated within the program.
