ENTREPRENEUR TRAINING
PROGRAM
This is a 3 days intensive program for young aspiring entrepreneurs. During the 3 days, participants are placed through a series of games and activities. Participants are placed in a fun, exciting and mentally stimulating environment conducive to learning.
This program uses super learning technology developed in the last century whereby both sides of the brain are engaged to ensure that there is no limit to creativity and that the participants will maximise their learning.
Games ignites the mental, physical and emotional faculties in the process of learning thus leading to higher retention. Using a facilitative style, participants discover answers by themselves. This method, in fact, is the opposite of conventional education. Instead of feeding the information to the participants, the participants experience the answers for themselves, leading to a personal schema formation.
Participants' mindset are challenged as part of the process of learning. In the path towards entrepreneurship, many people fail due to the inability to innovate and think out of the box.
Have we ever thought of the reason why many could not think out of the box?
It is simply because we have been brought up with a certain kind of mindset, a mindset of limited creativity and ability to grow to our fullest potential. When we ask why our children are not creative, we need to first look into ourselves.
In these 3 days, participants will find their old mindsets challenged many times. And through these challenges they find new possibilities to old tasks. In the real world, there is no single right answer. There are many answers in the world, and participants discover their own answers in this program.
In school, students are educated to help the poor, give generously to the poor, do charity etc. Students are asked to do charity. And we thought they will learn what charity is all about.
Have we ever wonder what will happen if the students discover for themselves that giving to the poor is a very important thing to do?
Lessons of self-discovery tend to remain embedded in the students' hearts for the rest of their lives.
The participants experience the real taste of business and money and have the opportunity to plan a business during the course of the program. On the final day of the program, participants go out to the real world and market their products and services. They get to experience how entrepreneurs make their money by using different strategies. This is to encourage participants to take action on their ideas. Entrepreneurs are not extraordinary people, they just happen to take action on their ideas. Entrepreneurs do not just sit, think and plan, but get out of their comfort zone and go to the battleground. This exercise encourages participants to get out of their comfort zone and to grow.
This is the only action-based program that is guaranteed to blow the minds of your students. This is the only program that teaches your students how entrepreneurs think. This is the only program that is not taken from any textbook. Your students will experience so much that they will possibly never forget this episode of their lives.In conclusion, this 3-day program helps students see many other possibilities in solving problems. Its intention is to remove limiting beliefs that students have, therefore enabling them to think and create solutions to serve society. They will also have real experiences of what business is all about.
