Spirit of Enterprise
This is a 3 days intensive program for young aspiring entrepreneurs. During the 3 days, participants are placed through a series of games and activities. Participants are placed in a fun,exciting and mentally stimulating environment conducive to learning.

Games ignite the mental, physical and emotional faculties in the process of learning thus leading to higher retention. Using a facilitative style, participants discover answers by themselves. This method, in fact, is the opposite of conventional education. Instead of feeding the information to the participants, the participants experience the answers for themselves, leading to a personal schema formation.
Have we ever thought of the reason why many could not think out of
the box?
It is simply because we have been brought up with a certain kind of mindset, a mindset of limited creativity and ability to grow to our fullest potential. When we ask why our children are not creative, we need to first look into ourselves.
In these 3 days, participants will find their old mindsets challenged many times. And through these challenges they find new possibilities to old tasks. In the real world, there is no single right answer. There are many answers in the world, and participants discover their own answers in this program.
In school, students are educated to help the poor, give generously to the poor, do charity etc. Students are asked to do charity. And we thought they will learn what charity is all about.
Have we ever wonder what will happen if the students discover for themselves that giving to the poor is a very important thing to do?
Lessons of self-discovery tend to remain embedded in the students’ hearts for the rest of
their lives.
The participants will experience the real taste of business in the program. They have the opportunity to plan a business and execute their plans. This is to encourage participants to take action on their ideas. This exercise encourages participants to get out of their comfort zone and to grow.
In conclusion, this 3-day program helps students see many other possibilities in solving problems. Its intention is to remove limiting beliefs that students have, therefore enabling them to think and create solutions to serve society. They will also have real experiences of what business is all about.

Presentation Skill (PPS)
Powerful Public Speaking is a 2 days programme where students get to learn the techniques and skills of professional public speakers.
The training uses accelerated learning technology to enhance the learning capability of
every student.
Powerful Public Speaking will touch on the use of body language, tonality of voice, story telling technique etc.
This programme will also train students on advanced techniques, like getting the audience to participate, bringing the audience on a emotional roller coaster, switching into command
mode etc.
The advanced techniques that the students are going to learn are the secrets of some powerful public speakers.
We are just one of the few companies that will share this secret with the students.
On top of training your students on the techniques and skills, the programme also builds the confidence of the students.
We have discovered that it is not the lack of skills that makes people incompetent in public speaking, it is the lack of confidence.
This programme comprises activities to help students overcome the fear of public speaking, and build their confidence.
The training also focuses on the practical aspect. Every student will need to do 2 presentations to the class. The class will give constructive feedback to help improve the performance.
Recording will be done on the 2 presentations. All students will get the recording of themselves in DVD. This will allow them to review their own presentation, thus understanding their strengths and weaknesses.
Smart Money Workshop
Smart Money Workshop is a 7 hours funfilled and challenging program. It consists of 35% lecture and debrief and 65% of game. Smart Money Workshop is unlike many other programs, it does not use any game board as a tool. The game is played with all participants in the room which is a simulation of the real financial market.
Participants will be able to move around and interact with all participants. This can encourage interaction, communication and generating ideas.
The Market Place (room) consists of Banks, Opportunities Station, Business Centre, Stock Exchange, Property Market etc. Participants will experience most of the situations that is happening in the real world.
Special scenario like, economy boom, market crash, retrenched are used to allow participants to understand the impact and implication of these changes in the real world.
