Joe Lee is an energetic and enlightening entrepreneur, consultant, trainer and speaker who has worked with both non-profit and profit organizations in Singapore and China to design programs that enhance entrepreneurship, leadership, team building, sales and marketing in climates of change. He has consulted with senior education management and education officer groups to create both entrepreneurship development and leadership development interventions aimed at achieving educational objectives and trained all levels of secondary school students in these issues.

Joe is currently serving as Managing Director, Business Developer, consultant, program developer and lead facilitator. In that capacity he lead the consulting and training team and worked with clients in education and development for entrepreneurship, leadership, sales and marketing, communications and event management.

Joe was previously involved in real estate and financial planning environment where he acquired essential skills of communication, negotiation, conflict management, investment, sales and marketing of understanding how businesses work or fail. Within a year, he has experience in starting and building several businesses with nothing down. On his very first deal, he earned in a day what he used to earn in a month - and all without any capital outlay.

Joe holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing from Stamfordshire University. Joe serves his community through his church's Boy Brigade ministry and through volunteering at non-profit organizations. He has served in several capacities at the Boy Brigade including Officer.

Joe's focus now is helping school to train the school students to have an entrepreneurial mindset at an early age and educate them to excel in this fast moving market economy. Joe is very zeal in learning and personal development, as he strongly believes that education is a long-term investment and development. In his spare time, he loves to read personal development, business development and sales and marketing related books. He also loves to play soccer with his friends as he feels that soccer is a strategy game that needs to think a lot.
