Jean Hoo is on the mission to inspire individuals and impart techniques that enable individuals to tap into their natural talents with an "everlasting" positive attitude. She strongly believes that, "People management is what within you. What you give it out, you will get it back." Her favorite phrase is "For dream to come true, you have to make it happen". Eight years of experience in leadership, customer service and business, in supply-chain management and service industries have allowed her to sculpt positive belief, attitudes and transformational changes. As a co-founder of Actionpreneur, she also plays an important role as a Lead Facilitator and Program Developer for Entrepreneurship, Professional Image and Public Relation, Teambuilding and etc. She has worked with hundreds of employees in numerous organizational levels and business units such Finance, IT, Logistic, Sales, Marketing, HR, Engineering, e-Fulfillments, Manufacturing, HR and Customer Support. Jean holds a Bachelor of Business & E-Commerce from Monash University and Diploma in Business Administration & Marketing from Stamfordshire University. Jean serves her community through volunteering at non-profit organizations. She has served in several capacities at the International Student Association, Monash University - Melbourne, Gippsland including President. Jean is very passionate about learning and personal development and she is able inspire individuals to discover their own talents and put them into practice. She is a good and patience listener and has an eye for identifying details on businesses or people-driven issues. In her leisure time, she loves listening to soothing music for relaxation, read books in related to personal development and business and practicing meditation. |
